By accessing or using VERDIKT ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.
These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers of VERDIKT. By creating an account or joining our waitlist, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally permitted to access sports betting information in your location.
VERDIKT is an analytics and information platform only. We do not operate as a sportsbook, betting exchange, or gambling service. We do not accept or place wagers on your behalf. The Edge Scores, AI summaries, and analytical content we provide are for informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be interpreted as financial, legal, or gambling advice.

It is your responsibility to determine whether using VERDIKT is lawful in your jurisdiction. We make no representation that the Platform is available or appropriate for use in all locations.
To access paid features, you must create an account. You agree to:
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.
VERDIKT offers subscription-based access to paid features. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rate corresponding to your selected plan. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. VERDIKT does not store your payment card information.
Where a free trial is offered, it will be clearly described at the time of sign-up. At the end of the free trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 14 days at [email protected] and we will review your case. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting VERDIKT support may result in immediate account termination.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes via email. Your continued use of the Platform after the price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
You agree to use VERDIKT only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
All content on VERDIKT — including but not limited to the Edge Score system, AI-generated summaries, platform design, branding, logos, and underlying software — is the property of VERDIKT and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not include the right to sublicense, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works of any Platform content.
The VERDIKT name, logo, and "Edge Score" system are trademarks of VERDIKT. You may not use them without our prior written consent.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VERDIKT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Sports analytics is an inherently uncertain field. VERDIKT makes no representation that use of the Platform will result in profitable betting outcomes.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VERDIKT AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
In no event shall VERDIKT's total aggregate liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you have paid to VERDIKT in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) CAD $100.
VERDIKT may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, including sportsbooks, data providers, and affiliate partners. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service.
Where we have affiliate relationships with sportsbooks or betting operators, this will be clearly disclosed. Our analytical content is editorially independent and is not influenced by commercial partnerships.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify paying subscribers of significant changes in advance. VERDIKT shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections 7, 8, 9, and 14 of these Terms survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Vancouver, British Columbia, in accordance with the British Columbia Arbitration Act, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after notification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and cancel your subscription.
